§ 94.66 UNLAWFUL TO SPONSOR A SPECIAL EVENT WITHOUT A PERMIT.
   It is unlawful for any person to sponsor or conduct an event requiring a permit pursuant to this chapter unless a valid special event permit has been issued for the event.
