(A) The pitching of tents or parking of trailers or other camping units will be permitted only at such areas in the city parks as the City Council shall from time to time designate, and then only after such camping fees as the City Council may from time to time determine have been paid.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to be within the city parks within the city between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., except as provided by this section.
(C) Persons with a valid receipt from the City Clerk-Treasurer’s office for all-night camping, as provided herein, shall be permitted to use the city parks between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
