§ 93.03 ANIMALS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to allow any horse owned or controlled by that person to enter any city park. It shall further be unlawful for any person to allow any pet owned by that person to be within any public eating place or on any swimming beach in any city park, or to allow any pet owned by that person to be within the city park except when under physical restrictive control or if the animal is a disability assistance animal.
