§ 93.01 GENERAL PROHIBITIONS.
   Because city parks are provided for the use and enjoyment of the general public, it shall be unlawful for any person to litter or commit vandalism or destroy or misuse any property in the city parks. It shall be unlawful to deposit dish water, garbage, refuse, or any human excretion on any city park ground.
