§ 92.30 PURPOSE AND INTENT.
   The purpose and intent of this subchapter is to establish a procedure, consistent with M.S. §§ 412.851 and 505.14, as they may be amended from time to time, for the vacation of streets, alleys, public ground, and the public ways or any part thereof.
