§ 92.04 PROTECTION OF SIDEWALK, CURB REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle or to drive or lead any horses onto the sidewalk or curb of any sidewalk in the city without first protecting the sidewalk or curb from injury with planks or other suitable material.
