§ 92.02 IMPEDIMENT TO PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC.
   (A)   No person shall allow any tree, bush, or other shrub to encroach upon or block or impede pedestrian traffic upon any sidewalk within the city.
   (B)   Any property owner in violation of this section shall be notified in writing by the City Clerk- Treasurer of such violation and shall be given 14 days to remove such obstruction.
   (C)   Failure of the property owner to remove the obstruction within the 14-day period shall result in its removal by the city.
   (D)   The city shall keep accurate records of all expenses involved in the removal of the obstruction and then shall assess all such costs against the adjacent property.
