§ 90.21 INTERFERENCE WITH OFFICER.
   No person shall:
   (A)   Take or attempt to take from any officer, any animal seized by the officer in compliance with this section; or
   (B)   Interfere in any manner with such officer in the discharge of the duties under this chapter.
