§ 90.20 OPENING POUND OR CITY VEHICLE.
   No person except an officer duly authorized by law shall break open or aid or assist in, counsel, or advise, the breaking open of a pound or city vehicle used in the enforcement of this chapter, or take or let out or attempt to take or let out, any animal placed therein.
