§ 90.10 SALE OF GIFT OF ANIMALS FOR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES.
   No person shall sell, offer for sale, or give away for advertising or promotional purposes any animal less than 30 days old as a pet or novelty.
