A mini-truck and/or golf cart may be operated under permit on designated roadways if it is equipped with all of the following:
(A) At least two headlamps (not required of a golf cart);
(B) At least two taillights (not required of a golf cart);
(C) Front and rear turn signal lamps (not required of a golf cart);
(D) Rearview mirror to provide the driver with adequate vision from behind is required by M.S. § 169.70, as it may be amended from time to time;
(E) A windshield (a windshield is not required for a golf cart);
(F) A seatbelt for the driver and front passenger (a seatbelt is not required for a golf cart); and
(G) A parking brake.
