(A) Golf carts and mini-trucks may be operated on the streets of the city, from sunrise to sunset as hereinafter further provided; motorized golf carts or mini-trucks may not be operated on state or federal highways, except to cross at designated intersections.
(B) Golf carts or mini-trucks shall not be operated during inclement weather conditions or at any time when there is insufficient light to clearly see persons and vehicles on the roadway at a distance of 500 feet.
