For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PUBLISHED NOTICE. The broadcasting on the local radio stations at least hourly of the streets upon which parking will be prohibited due to snow removal.
SNOW EMERGENCY. Any time when the City Clerk-Treasurer shall determine that it is necessary to clear snow from the streets and avenues and alleys of the city.
VEHICLE. Any automobile, snowmobile, truck, trailer, or motor vehicle.
