Trucks used for garbage and rubbish collection are not considered a deviating truck while conducting their collection routes. Collection routes are expected to be designed to minimize travel on non-truck routes and are restricted to use on the day of the week for collection. When not on a collection route, the trucks must stay on designated truck routes.
