For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
UNREASONABLE ACCELERATION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE.
(1) Acceleration without apparent reason, and accomplishment in such manner as to cause squealing or screeching sounds by the tires or the throwing of sand or gravel by the tires of the vehicle or both.
(2) Prima facie evidence of such UNNECESSARY AND UNREASONABLE ACCELERATION shall be squealing or screeching sounds emitted by the tires, or the throwing of sand or gravel by the tires of the vehicle, or both.
