§ 153.095 PERMITTED USES.

(B) All other uses are subject to the floodway/flood fringe evaluation criteria specified in § 153.096 below. Sections 153.065 to 153.068 applies if the proposed use is determined to be in the Floodway District. Sections 153.080 to 153.083 applies if the proposed use is determined to be in the Flood Fringe District.
