(A) Floodway District. The Floodway District includes all lakes, wetlands, and other basins within Zone A and AE as shown on the flood insurance rate map adopted in § 153.004, and are located at or below the ordinary high water level as defined in M.S. § 103G.005, Subd. 14, as it may be amended from time to time.
(B) Flood Fringe District. The Floodway District includes all lakes, wetlands, and other basins within Zone A and AE as shown on the flood insurance rate map adopted in § 153.004, and are located below the 1% annual chance (100-year) flood elevation but above the ordinary high water level as defined in M.S. § 103G.005, Subd. 14, as it may be amended from time to time.
(C) General Floodplain District. The General Floodplain District includes those riverine areas within Zone A as shown on the flood insurance rate map adopted in § 153.004.
