§ 133.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates any of the prohibitions or provisions of § 133.04 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Penalties for such violation shall not exceed $500 and/or imprisonment for a time not to exceed three months, in the discretion of the court.
