§ 10.99 GENERAL PENALTY.
   Anyone violating any of the terms and conditions of this code shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in a sum of not more than $500 for each offense, and each day’s maintenance of the same shall constitute a separate offense.
