(A) The City Council of the City of Crittenden hereby creates, pursuant to KRS 108.105, an ambulance service district and an ambulance service tax of ten cents ($0.10) per one hundred dollars ($100) of full assessed valuation upon all property located within the city and subject to said tax.
(B) The ambulance service district shall be citywide, and the city tax will be collected in the manner provided for in KRS 108.100(4) and shall be used solely for maintenance and operation of a citywide ambulance service district.
(C) Pursuant to KRS 108.110, the affairs of the ambulance service district shall be operated by a Board of Directors, as set forth therein.
