§ 73.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 73.001 through 73.020 shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to one (1) or more of the following: a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) per violation with each day being a separate violation, or, in the event a specific fine is levied by any other ordinance of the city and is more specific than the general fine imposed herein, such other more specific fine may be imposed in the discretion of the Code Enforcement Officer and/or the Code Enforcement Board as may be appropriate.

   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 73.030 through 73.046 shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine in an amount not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) per day with each subsequent day being a new violation.
