In any case where the provisions of this article impose a higher standard than that set forth in any other ordinance of the City of Crittenden or under any law of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, then the standards as set forth herein shall prevail; but if the provisions of this article impose a lower standard than any such ordinance or law, then and in that event, the higher standard contained in any other such ordinance or law shall prevail.
