(A) Oath. The City Clerk/Treasurer shall take the oath of office set forth in Section 228 of the Constitution of Kentucky. The oath of office shall be administered by the Mayor.
(B) Bond. The City Clerk/Treasurer shall post bond with sufficient surety in the amount of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00).
(C) Compensation. Compensation for the office of City Clerk/Treasurer shall be according to the personnel and pay classification schedule of the city.
