§ 80.001 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ADOPTED BY REFERENCE
   The city hereby adopts, and incorporates by reference, the Grant County Comprehensive Plan, 1996, as adopted by the Grant County Planning Commission in 1996, as if fully set forth herein.
