§ 70.302 COMPLIANCE TO BE DEMONSTRATED

In any appeal of the interpretation of this article and regulation by the building officer of the Board of Zoning Adjustments, the applicant for a permit shall present evidence sufficient to demonstrate compliance with this article, such a architectural drawings, material specifications and similar items.
