(A) All installations of electric equipment shall be reasonably safe to persons and property and in conformity with the provisions of this article and all orders, rules, and/or regulations issued by authority thereof.
(B) All electrical wiring shall be in full compliance with the National Electrical Code, as listed in the Kentucky Fire Prevention Code and the Kentucky Building Code. Failure to comply with the foregoing shall be prima facie evidence of violations of this article.
