§ 70.101 RESIDENTIAL FEES
   The applicant shall pay the city a fee for the issuing of the permit required pursuant to § 70.100 according to the following schedule:
   (A)   Residential, Industrial and Commercial. The Building Inspector shall measure the square footage of a house, building, garage or detached garage around the perimeter of the foundation for said structure. The square footage of the structure shall be multiplied by forty-five dollars ($45.00) per square foot to determine the value of the structure. The value of the structure shall determine the fee for the permit required per the chart set forth below.

   (B)   Demolition: There shall be a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) fee for a permit. The area demolished must be cleaned up as to not create a nuisance as defined in Chapter 50. If a nuisance is created the provisions of Chapter 50 shall be applied.
   (C)   All other buildings and improvements. The Building Inspector shall measure the square footage of the improvement or building. The square footage of the improvement or building shall be multiplied by forty-five dollars ($45.00) per square foot, and the permit costs shall be determined by the chart set out above under Section (A).
