(A) The city does hereby adopt the 1980 Kentucky Building Code as promulgated in 815 KAR 7:105 by the Board of Housing, Building and Construction together with all subsequent modifications, amendments and revisions, of which a copy is filed in the City Building, Crittenden, Kentucky; and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as if fully set in length herein and from and after the date on which this section shall take effect, the provisions thereof shall be controlling in the construction of all buildings and structures therein contained within the corporate limits of the city.
(B) The Kentucky Building Code adopted herein shall be available for public inspection at the City Building, Crittenden, Kentucky, during normal hours in which the City Building is open.
