§ 41.200 CARE AND MAINTENANCE
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the owner of or the occupant of each and every parcel of real estate in the city abutting upon any sidewalk to keep the sidewalk abutting upon any sidewalk to keep the sidewalk abutting his premises free and clear of snow and ice, and to remove therefrom all snow and ice accumulated thereon within a reasonable time, which will ordinarily not exceed twelve (12) hours after the abatement of any storm during which the snow and ice may have accumulated.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the owner of or the occupant of each and every parcel of real estate in the city abutting upon any sidewalk to keep the sidewalk abutting his premises free and clear of any obstruction thereon.
   (C)   (1)   It shall be the duty of the owner of or the occupant of each and every parcel of real estate in the city abutting a city street to keep the grass mowed in a reasonable manner. That the area to be mowed shall include any real estate which lies between a city sidewalk and a city street.
      (2)   It also shall be the duty of the owner of or the occupant of each and every parcel of real estate to keep the grass cuttings cleared off the sidewalks at all times.
