§ 41.001 SPECIFICATIONS ADOPTED
   The city does hereby adopt specifications for utilities and street improvements as contained in Appendix A. The provisions of Appendix A shall be controlling in the construction of all utilities, streets and street improvements within the corporate limits of the city.
