§ 40.702 ISSUANCE OF PERMIT
   The permit shall not be issued by the City Clerk/Treasurer unless the person, entity, or corporation, shall first post a bond to the city with good and sufficient surety that they or it will pay any and all damage caused by the operation of all vehicles covered by the permit.
