(A) Any person who shall be convicted of violating § 30.006 of this chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
(B) Any person found in violation of any other provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
(C) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the city for any expenses, loss or damage occasioned the city by reason of such violation.
(D) Any violation of this chapter may result in termination of disposal authorization and water service.
