§ 30.083 BASIS FOR PAYMENTS.
Industrial cost recovery payments are based on the amount of federal grant funds applicable to the design flow, BOD and suspended solids of the sewage treatment facility. The design costs are divided by the thirty-year recovery period to give the cost per year. These costs are divided by the design daily flow, BOD and suspended solids to obtain a cost per unit of treatment. These costs are then multiplied by an industry's average daily flow, BOD and suspended solids for the year. The addition of the elements of cost constitute the amount an industry pays for cost recovery for the applicable year.
