§ 30.080 REMITTANCE BY INDUSTRIES.

Industries shall remit to the city, in addition to the normal sewage service charges, the industries, share based on strength and volume of its wastes, of the federal grant funds applied to the construction of the wastewater treatment facility and other grant applicable projects.
