§ 30.063 CONFORMANCE WITH FEDERAL PRETREATMENT STANDARDS.
   All major contributing industries (as defined in 40 CFR pretreatment standards (40 CFR, part 403) and any other applicable requirements promulgated by the EPA in accordance with section 307 of FWPCAA, or with any more stringent pretreatment standards necessitated by local conditions.
