§ 30.044 STATE CODE ADOPTED.

For the purpose of establishing minimum rules and regulations applicable to the practice or trade of plumbing, the city hereby adopts the most current plumbing code of the Kentucky State Department of Health as a part of this chapter by reference thereto.
