§ 30.013 CONFORMANCE WITH FEDERAL STANDARDS.
   Disposal into the sewer system of any pollutant by any person is unlawful except in compliance with federal standards promulgated pursuant to the Federal Water Control Act, P.L. 92-500 enacted in 1972 and amended in 1977 (FWPCCA), and anymore stringent state and local standards.
