§ 30.001 ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   There is hereby established for the city a sewer system as a public project pursuant to KRS Chapter 58.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful, for any person to use the city sewer system in any manner in connection with or for any property except in compliance with all of the provisions of this chapter.
