§ 173.02  SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTE.
   (A)   Main Street in the village, from the west right-of-way of Route 25-A, to the east right-of-way of Reichelderfer Road, is hereby declared to be a snow emergency route.
   (B)   Anytime 4 inches or more of snow falls in the village within any 24-hour period, the Mayor of the village may declare that a snow emergency exists and prohibit vehicular parking on Main Street in the village, form the west right-of-way of 25-A, to the east right of way of Reichelderfer Road for such period of time as he or she deems necessary for the street to be properly plowed, cleaned, and kept open and free of nuisance.
   (C)   No person shall park any vehicle or allow any vehicle under his or her control to be parked on Main Street from the west right-of-way of 25-A to the east right-of-way of Reichelderfer Road during a snow emergency which has been declared by the Mayor.
   (D)   In the event 4 or more inches of snow falls within any 24-hour period of time in the village, no person shall park any vehicle or allow any vehicle under his or her control to be parked on Main Street from the west right-of-way of 25-A, to the east right-of-way of Reichelderfer Road, from 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
   (E)   Penalty. Whoever violates divisions (C) or (D) of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and may be fined not to exceed $50.
