(A) Vehicles (except public school buses) weighing more than 10,000 pounds loaded, and not making deliveries or pick ups within the corporate limits of the village, are hereby prohibited from driving or entering upon any streets or roadways of the village, except County Road 25-A, and Interstate 75.
(B) No person shall drive any vehicle (except public school buses) weighing more than 10,000 pounds loaded, or unloaded, upon any streets or roadways of the village, except those specifically stated above, unless making deliveries or pick ups within the village.
(C) Penalty. Any person violating this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and shall be fined not to exceed $100.
