§ 173.04  PARKING OF LARGE VEHICLES PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   No person shall park any truck with a gross vehicle weight of 17,000 pounds or more, or a tractor, trailer, bus or camper, upon the streets and alleys of the village.
   (B)   The provisions of this section shall not apply to any vehicle being used to make deliveries or pick-ups at the time of its being parked, or if the vehicle is being used in connection with the construction or repair of property adjacent to the street or alley upon which such vehicle is parked.
   (C)   Penalty. Any  person found violating this section shall be fined not less than $25 and not more than $100.
