3-24-2: VILLAGE LICENSE REQUIRED:
The village of Creve Coeur requires that any LGE operating a video gaming terminal in the village must obtain an annual village video gaming establishment license to operate in the village of Creve Coeur. To obtain such a license:
   (A)   Each LGE must annually submit a written application to the village clerk which details the number of video gaming machines the LGE operates, or will operate, where those machines will be located on the premises, and a copy of the state gaming license obtained by the LGE through the state of Illinois.
   (B)   Each LGE must pay an annual fee, per machine, in the amount of the maximum fee per machine allowed in the Illinois video gaming act as amended from time to time.
   (C)   The fee amount will be published on the fee list in the office of the village clerk.
   (D)   Upon payment of the fee per video gaming terminal, the village clerk will issue an annual village license that shall state the number of terminals allowed at the LGE and the date the village license expires, provided however, that a maximum of three (3) village licenses shall be granted for video gaming cafes.
