Failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall subject the violator to penalties of no less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and no more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for a first offense. Second or subsequent failures to register or renew business registration shall subject the violator to penalties of no less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and no more than seven hundred dollars ($700.00). Each day after the thirty (30) day time limit a business fails to properly register constitutes a new and separate offense. (Ord. 743, 4-10-2013)
