3-23-1: REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

Every "business" as defined in this chapter, whether or not subject to any licensing requirements of the village or of any other governmental agency shall annually register with the village in the manner and at the times prescribed in this chapter. (Ord. 743, 4-10-2013)
