3-2-1: LICENSE REQUIRED:

No person shall keep any billiard table, pool table, bagatelle table, pigeonhole table, or pool or tenpin alley, or any other kind of alley, table or ground to be used or played upon by others for hire or gain without having first procured a license therefor. (Ord. 15, 8-1-1921)
