(A) Any person licensed under this chapter shall report to the Creve Coeur Police Department any and all of the following conduct which occurs on or near the premises from which the licensee operates his dramshop or tavern:
1. Fights, disturbances, arguments or other disorderly conduct; or
2. Violations of any provision of this Code, State law or Federal law.
It shall be unlawful for any licensee to fail to report any such conduct which comes to the attention of the licensee or any employee or agent of the licensee.
(B) The report required by subsection (A) of this section shall be made immediately after the unlawful or disorderly conduct comes to the attention of the licensee or any employee or agent of the licensee. It shall be unlawful for any licensee to delay reporting any such unlawful or disorderly conduct which comes to the attention of the licensee or any employee or agent of the licensee.
