3-1-20: ADDRESS AND TRANSFER OF LICENSES:

All licenses shall be issued to a particular address and the consent in writing of the Local Liquor Control Commission shall be required before any license is transferable to any address other than that stated in the application for such license. (Ord. 820B, 7-11-2018)
