The Local Liquor Control Commission may suspend or revoke any license issued under the provisions of this chapter for any one or more of the following reasons:
(A) Violations of the Federal laws, the laws of this State, including the rules and regulations of the Illinois Liquor Control Act, or any of the provisions of this chapter.
(B) The willful making of any false statement as to a material fact in the application for a license or a renewal thereof.
(C) Permitting any disorderly conduct or immoral practices upon the premises where the license is issued as herein provided.
(D) Permitting any person other than the licensee to operate a dramshop or tavern under the license issued to the licensee. (Ord. 820B, 7-11-2018)
