3-1-14: SALE WITHOUT LICENSE PROHIBITED:

No person shall keep for sale, sell or offer to sell any alcoholic liquor in the Village unless such person shall have first obtained an alcoholic liquor license and the same is in full force and effect as by this chapter provided. (Ord. 820B, 7-11-2018)
