Every person licensed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter shall immediately post and keep posted in some conspicuous place plainly readable by the public within said premises, the said license so issued. Whenever any such license shall be lost or destroyed, such licensee shall make application stating the circumstances of the loss or destruction and a duplicate, so designated, shall be issued by the Local Liquor Control Commission.
